I wonder if the Victorian lolita demon puppet wants to be friends, or if it just wants to eat Sal’s head, necessitating it dying a flaming death. Either is good by me… although after beating my inner pyro down and calm reflection I hope it actually wants to be friends, as long as it stays a demon. I think the moral compromises involved in truly befriending a demon would be interesting, and I think true loneliness can drive you to compromise greatly to maintain a relationship, even a twisted and potentially dark one.
Is that a tomb, then? Whose tomb is that? And is the pretty princess actually a demon? Did I miss something pointing that out? Or did Coyote just extrapolate that based upon the chapter title? Or maybe my brain is wandering because I’m tired … dunno why, not like I didn’t get plenty of sleep today … *shrug*
